Support of Scripts in ThingDescription

Hi,

during the Scripting call today the discussion was raised whether

1.  Scripting might or could be a first class citizen in the core
    ThingDescription comparable to Scripting in HTML or
    wether we should target a

2. completely layered approach.

While we are aware of certain downsides of 1. we would like to start collecting pros and cons with that regard in the following issue #57 [1].
