RE: Comments on simplified JSON thing descriptions

Please understand that I'm not trying to make the JSON proposal sound more
formal than it is, merely to recognise the work of the people who have
contributed to getting it to the stage it is now, who I feel don't always
get recognised.

A serialisation which can be parsed as both JSON and JSON-LD is an
interesting idea I look forward to discussing further.
