AW: Doodle for TD Restructuring

Hi Robert,

the TD restructuring topic was initiated during the last W3C WoT meeting at TPAC. The purpose of the Doodle poll is to decide
a time slot for the regular WebEx meeting, the target should be only the W3C members.

Sometimes, there are non-members or invited experts in the call, however, not on a regular basis. People are always welcome to join the email discussion on the
public mailinglist or on github (https://github.com/w3c/wot/issues).
