I would tone down this comment a little. Many relevant organization and SDOs (e.g., OCF, IPSO, IETF, etc.) are already working on semantic interop and e2e security and expect W3C to do our part especially on the web context, but the expectation is rather to work together than have W3C "taking leadership" of the work. And BTW; IPSO's Semantic WG could be added to the External Orgs (4.2) section. I'm Cc'ing here Jaime who is the co-chair of that group. Cheers, Ari
