TPAC 2016 registration

Hi all,

As previously discussed, the Web of Things Interest Group will be meeting face-to-face during the next TPAC,
the week of September 19 in Lisbon.  Note that the WoT IG is due to meeting on Thursday and Friday. There is a plenary day on Wednesday which offers great opportunities for networking with people in other groups.
