[reminder] Please register the F2F meeting in July and reserve the hotel room quickly

The venue of WoT IG F2F meeting in Beijing in July is decided. Please

Please reserve the hotel room as soon as possible as there is limited 
number of rooms reserved for our group discount. Please download the 
Vision Hotel Reservation Form from 
https://www.w3.org/WoT/IG/wiki/F2F_meeting,_July_2016,_China,_Beijing#Room_Reservation, 
fill in it, send it to reservation@visionpkaza.cn and cc 
zhangxiaoyue@visionplaza.cn as mentioned in the wiki. Please note 
the*room reservation deadline is 24th June*.

If you need invitation letter, please request it quite quickly as 
instructed on wiki: 
https://www.w3.org/WoT/IG/wiki/F2F_meeting,_July_2016,_China,_Beijing#Visa_Invitation_Letters. 
There is only one month before the meeting. Visa application is usually 
time-consuming.
