WG charter draft: check for resolution

I resolved the remaining issues as discussed during the Beijing F2F and documented in the GitHub issue tracker. Please find the latest version here:

Our roadmap foresees that we have a resolution this Wednesday to send the charter draft to W3M to initiate the AC Review. Please have a last thorough read and report any typo or issue you might find. If you still have feedback from the bilateral outreach to other companies, this is the time to share it ;)
