[TF-TD] Topics for breakout session in Beijing

Dear TD and WoT members,

I set up a wiki page [1] to find a list of topics for the TD breakout session in Beijing. There you can already find first ideas. Some of them are based on some existing proposals [2]. Please feel free to comment on it or add further topics.
