Further info from Hannes on IAB workshop

Hannes Tschofenig tells me:

> Regarding presentations at the workshop: we will wait till we receive all position papers to see what the views of the participants are. Then, we will put an agenda together and hope to appoint a few speakers. The idea of the presentation is not to repeat what was said at the position paper (since we assume everyone has read through the position papers).

> In general, we want to have discussions on the aspects that have been identified as challenging from the position papers.

In other words, the position papers should set out the background and identify challenges for discussion.
