My thanks to Sebastian for entering issues into GitHub for the points raised in Montreal. I have made a first pass through these and updated the draft charter accordingly, but most of the issues remain open and require your help! For instance should we shorten the introduction by dropping the two figures at the cost of a risk of reduced understanding by people new to the Web of Things? Can we improve upon the description for the scope section, and for each of the deliverables? What do we want to say about privacy? We have to say something convincing. How long do we think it will take to get to First Public Working Drafts and to W3C Recommendations for each of the deliverables? Where should we link to the current practices document and how should we introduce that? What should we say about the relationship between the WG and IG? Likewise between the WG and external groups. What should we say in respect to coordination with other W3C groups, e.g. Web Authentication WG, Web & Automotive WG/BG, etc. Can we clarify the relationship between the Web of Things and the Open Web Platform? The list of issues is available at: https://github.com/w3c/charter-drafts/issues The draft charter can be viewed at: https://w3c.github.io/charter-drafts/wot-wg-2016.html Please respond to the issues by leaving comments, or feel free to open new issues. — Dave Raggett <dsr@w3.org <mailto:dsr@w3.org>>
