[TF-AP] report of TF-AP discussions / consensus points and last TF call (15.07)

Dear task force members,

Sorry it did not work out with our last call, webex kept crashing on my side and by the time I had it working I was alone in the meeting.

I wanted to present the attached slides as status of the discussion in the task force and to introduce a topic I want to discuss with the IRTF on the joint F2F.

Slide 2 lists our current tracks of discussion, Slide 4 is an attempt to merge the various aspects depicted in our architecture wiki into a single image (I will add a plantUML version of this merged image to the wiki as well).
Slide 8 lists points about the general way to model a thing that are IMO common view in the discussion (+/- some difference in the Terms). The concepts are very well accepted, and thus, we just need some way to communicate them.

Based on this I am proposing a protocol-agnostic  resource type go manage a subscription, which would be the discussion entry point for the IRTF F2F.

I strongly appreciate any feedback from the group on this views.
