[IG-SP] Postponing conf call to next week

Hello,
I had difficulties in getting a conf call scheduled for this week's call (actually planned for Thurs, July 09, 02:00-03:00 CEST) and suggest that we postpone this week's call and reschedule it for Thurs, July 16, 02:00-03:00 CEST

Please note that the Security&Privacy Web pages contain some info:
-       Security&privacy requirements that should be elaborated (see https://www.w3.org/WoT/IG/wiki/Security%26Privacy_Requirements_Catalogue , short section "Initial proposal..." close to the top of the page)
-       Security&privacy frameworks that should be elaborated (see https://www.w3.org/WoT/IG/wiki/Design-Time_Security%26Privacy_Means section "Frameworks")
-       Security&privacy mechanisms that should be elaborated (see https://www.w3.org/WoT/IG/wiki/Design-Time_Security%26Privacy_Means section "Mechanisms" and here the bulleted list at the beginning)
If you'd be able to have a review of these sections (should not take much time) and give a feedback in style "everything there" vs. "suggest the additition of <X>" then we should be able to do almost all that was planned for this week's call by mail
