[IG-SP] Security&privacy Wiki page changes discussed 2015-07-02

Just to let you know: I did the structural changes in the IG-SP Wiki pages that we discussed yesterday:

-          The landing page (for security&privacy i.e. https://www.w3.org/WoT/IG/wiki/Security,_Privacy_and_Resilience) now refers (among others) to a “Landscape of Security&Privacy Means<https://www.w3.org/WoT/IG/wiki/Landscape_of_Security%26Privacy_Means>” page

-          The “Landscape of Security&Privacy Means<https://www.w3.org/WoT/IG/wiki/Landscape_of_Security%26Privacy_Means>” page refers to “Design-time means” and “Runtime means” pages

-          The content of the “Design-time means” page are the same as in the old “Security&Privacy Mechanisms Candidates” page plus a new chapter “Frameworks”

-          There is not yet actual content on the “Runtime means” page



I think this is a good improvement. Thanks for your suggestions!
