[IG-SP] Updated conf call schedule

Dear colleagues,

in the new conf call schedule the [IG-SP] calls will be biweekly at a fixed time – as discussed during the F2F and on the mailing list



The initial [IG-SP] call according the new schedule will be on Thurs, 2015-08-20. The timeslot is 13:00 - 14:30 UTC / 15:00 - 16:30 CEST / 6:00 - 7:30 PDT / 22:00 - 23:30 JST (also for the subsequent calls). The WebEx dial-in details are TBD. Please note that we share the Thurs slot with [TF-DI] who also conduct their calls biweekly but are starting Thurs, 2015-08-13



The call on 2015-08-20 will feature a [TF-DI] liaison agenda item on “things discovery authorization”. I’ll send the agenda proposal as well as the WebEx details a few days before this call

indeed the setup was also not in line with the points which were edited online (those were just uploaded to the wiki of the meeting). Thanks for the hint.



Accordingly the setup in the wiki ( https://www.w3.org/WoT/IG/wiki/Main_Page#Teleconferences ) has been updated to:



- [TF-TD]&[TF-AP] Wed, August 12th at 13:00 - 14:30 UTC / 15:00 - 16:30 CEST / 6:00 - 7:30 PDT / 22:00 - 23:30 JST, webex TBD

- [TF-DI]&[TF-SP] Thurs, August 13th at 13:00 - 14:30 UTC / 15:00 - 16:30 CEST / 6:00 - 7:30 PDT / 22:00 - 23:30 JST, webex TBD



We discussed that the TFs which share the same meeting agree on how to organize the meetings, e.g. joint meetings or bi-weekly meeting of a dedicated TF.



We also not explicitly fixed the time of the meeting on Thursday. To avoid further confusion we might use the same time we agreed for Wednesday to avoid confusion. Please comment.

As per [1], I do not see which day and time is allocated for TF-DI.

Also, from the wiki I saw that TF-TD and TF-DI is scheduled on Wed, August 12th at 14:00 - 15:30 UTC. I am not sure how does it work. Will the slot be used for TF-TD in one week and for TF-DI in the next week or will there be two simultaneous calls at the same time using two webex schedulers?

   BTW, I thought the proposal during the f2f meeting was:

   - APIs and Protocols on Wednesday

   - Thing descriptions and Security/Privacy on Thursday



   Also the possibility of 3pm CEST (=1 hour earlier) was mentioned and I'm not

   sure which (=3pm CEST or 4pm CEST) was the conclusion.



   I'm asking because unfortunately I can't make the TF-AP call if it's held

   at 4pm CEST on Thursday (though I can make it if it's 4pm CEST on

   Wednesday or 3pm CEST on Thursday).

      Thus we will not have calls this week as it needs some time to setup the meetings and restart the TFs.
