I somewhat agree. However, user agents would need a big "CHECK ENGINE" light in the UI similar to cars after the "limb home" mode is activated (a.k.a. "permissive mode"). It is seriously important to signal the user that the application has become unstable and should not be trusted if at all possible. Most of the time the "fix" is to hit the refresh button so all that is needed is to allow the user to save what is possible to save. -- Mikko
