Indeed, it only mentions one example.

I could see an argument for adding a section that describes what 
information the algorithm tries to use; is that what you mean? If you 
think that would be helpful, let me know what information you think should 
be listed (maybe by going down the algorithm and figuring out what 
information we currently use) and I'll be happy to add an intro section.
