[whatwg] Please disallow "javascript:" URLs in browser address bars

If javascript URI entry support/execution in my address field went away,
I'd be very pissed! A JS console in the dev tools is not the same
usability-wise.

I might get over it *after a while* if it was off by default with an
option to re-enable it though. For example, I could imagine having
separate "support bookmarklets" and "support javascript URIs in the
address field" options that were both unchecked by default.

However, javascript URI support in the address field has never been a
problem for me, so I don't like this idea myself. (But, I'm often willing
to sacrifice for the greater good)
