Indeed, the biggest problem seems to be what sort of UI we could use for it. My proposal, on the whole, would be to have some box appearing upon selecting text. Then, in that box, give space for both an email address and a comment, and send that along with the selected text to the list. -- Geoffrey Sneddon ?
