Don't the following already do that:

1. <video title="Elephant Dreams video" ...

2. <h3 id="elephants">Elephant Dreams video</h3><video 
aria-labelledby="elephants" ...

3. <video aria-label="Elephant Dreams video" ...

What would "alt" add here?
