All you're achieving here is annoying authors who use titleless <abbr>, maybe as a styling hook to achieve small-caps (e.g. http://www.autisticcuckoo.net/archive.php?id=2007/06/13/samurai-attack uses "<abbr>WCAG</abbr>"). -- Simon Pieters Opera Software
