Sorry Chris, I should have written IE/ASV : IE with the Adobe SVG plugin. IE 
doesn't yet have native support for SVG.

I do agree with Hixie that dashed lines around a circle are not as flexible 
as drawing 60 lines partitioned into two or three personality types.
