[whatwg] [html5] STYLE and SCRIPT elements should not be closed at </

Something for section 1.8.

The STYLE and SCRIPT elements should be closed at the first occurrence
of '</' according to section 6.2 of the HTML 4.01 specification. This is
not compatible with current implementations (Mozilla[2], Opera, IE, et
cetera) and especially not compatible with the internet.

I think we should overwrite this statement of HTML 4.01 in section
1.8[3] of the web applications specification.
