I'm sure the WHAT-WG must have the resources to simply write up something which you now claim to be "listed in detail". I've asked repeatedly on the list before, and all I've been told is that the use cases were in the un-archived part of the work before the mailing list was formed. I can't find the use cases on the list, so please provide another document, or at the very least, point to them. Without use cases, we can't review the spec, because we don't know what you're trying to solve. Jim.
