[whatwg] Why not JavaScript?

Hi Didier

I don't think it's an exaggeration to say that if WHAT
provides such a data-bound framework, it would be a
killer app -- or as the Be OS people used to say, a
"tractor app" -- at least as large as Apache.

I've been searching high and low for such a
cross-platform world for the last couple years, and
nothing has been the "nirvana" - the RAD of Delphi db
apps, automatic upgrades, no install, open-source, and
a rich widget set. (Of course, as you know, this is
what MS's XAML is all about). WHAT has the potential
to be a major force.
