.. matching the use of 'plus' in the XHTML1.1+SVG and XHTML 1.1+MathML 
2.0+SVG 1.1 DTD's, the use of 'HTML 4.01' in the HTML4 DTD, and the 
convention of separating the version number from the 'object' using a space.
