Indeed Firefox does it too (right click on a search field and it will give 
you an option to add a keyword search bookmark).

More to the point, I don't really see what needs to be added. The 
"favicon" feature will be described (as rel="icon"), forms are already 
described (<form> et al), what else does one need?
