That doesn't convey the mutually-exclusive aspect.

In fact, it wouldn't distinguish between <body> (a document of sections), 
<tabbox>/<group> (a group of sections in arbitrary order), and <switch> (a 
group of sections only one of which can be relevant at any one time).
