THAT makes life *a lot* easier for UA implementors. When something is specified in detail they don't have to spend time testing all the other UAs and writing tests for edge cases to see what behaviour is common. You have a good point about GET URLs though.. Might it break any existing page to make this a requirement only for POST? Most likely not since IE isn't doing it anyway.. -- Hallvord R. M. Steen
