WebXR Device API call agenda, Feb 20th 2018

Apologies for the late email this week. Monday was a U.S. Holiday so I
missed sending it out at the usual time.

*Call Agenda Items:*

   - Review call timing
   - Input Proposal pull request (incoming, based on #319
   <https://github.com/immersive-web/webxr/issues/319>)
   - Discuss merging deferred sessions PR (#256
   <https://github.com/immersive-web/webxr/pull/256>, will be rebased
   before call)

Please reply with any additional items you'd like to see addressed.

*WebEx call details:*
As discussed on the previous call, an email has been sent to
internal-webvr@w3.org with the WebEx call details. That mailing list is
open to any members of the community group
<https://www.w3.org/community/webvr/>, which is free to join. The group's
message archives can be viewed here
<https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Member/internal-webvr/>. This is to prevent
certain forms of automated meeting detail scraping that have been seen with
other W3C groups and have proven problematic. We apologize for any
