Re: [webvr] List Change?

Dear 3D Web Enthusiasts, Friends, and colleagues,

It is very humbly and with lots of excitement that we would like to invite
all of you to our Launch event at the end of the month for V.1.0 of
Strapdoor.

We could not have done any of this work without the great technical
developments of all involved with The Khronos Group and the great
inspiration, love and support we got from Damon, Tony, and Shannon.

Thanks a Million ! This is only the beginning.

Remain Innocent - Make New Ways

We are including below the Press Release (Please feel free to share this
email)

=============

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

*STRAPDOOR, Inc. launches its official 3D WebVR portal in a global launch
party.*

San Francisco - Monday July 10, 2017 - As VR is entering a new phase of
global reach, the way we interact in VR with multiple digital products has
certainly changed and that now is starting to include the Internet itself.

VR opens new opportunities in web browsing - shortly referred to as WebVR-
providing an immersive experience while interacting with content online,
which can be considered as a big leap in the history of web evolution.
Strapdoor is dedicated to enable this next generation Web computing and
internet user experience.

Strapdoor <http://strapdoor.info/> started in 2015 with a big enthusiasm
for 3D WEB, VR and AR technologies and a new concept in mind: enabling web
browsing in a “videogame like” experience through a fun, practical and
intuitive way and making online shopping a more realistic and tangible
experience rather than the actual flat experience we all know on the web
right now.

2 years later, after overcoming all the technical needs to deliver a vivid
and fluid experience, the first version of the new 3D WEB VR is finally
ready and Strapdoor is launching its official 3D WebVR portal in a global
worldwide launch party. *On July 28th at 7pm at the Upload VR Collective in
San Francisco, which will be simultaneously the 29**th**of July at 11am in
Tokyo in Yotsuya District*. The rest of the world can attend via live
streaming or in a virtual event hosted by Strapdoor in a Virtual Space on
their partner company Alt Space VR.

The Strapdoor global Team says that “our goal is to put the user back in
the center of the web experience. Instead of having to sort through endless
text Urls, Ads, and having no privacy, a 3D web interface that will allow
people to experience a much more personal and emotional relationship in a
rich graphical user interface will be the future of the web and it is not
only efficient, but also very fun and private”.

This event aims at celebrating and explaining this brand new technology
while building a bridge around the world to connect the entire planet,
fulfilling the company mission who believes in “New ways to connect and
inspire a better world”. Strapdoor will also be introducing their first
commercial experience: The first ever 3D E-commerce store engine which
allows anyone to own a 3D web based store in a matter of 4 clicks. Visit
www.strapdoor.info to learn more about it and RSVP for the event. On the
day of the event, everyone will have the chance to sign up for a free 3D
E-commerce store and experience the web like never before!
