WebVR (XR) Community Group call agenda

Hello WebVR community!

As you may have heard, there are some changes underway for this community
group. We are going to rename what is now the "WebVR Community Group" to
the "Immersive Web Community Group" to better fit the role we hope it will
fill as being the umbrella group for bringing a variety of immersive
(VR/AR/MR) capabilities to the web platform. Similarly, we're going to be
renaming what we currently refer to as the "WebVR 2.0" API. It will now be
known as the "WebXR Device API", to reflect the fact that we expect it to
cover both VR and AR functionality and help disambiguate it from the
currently available version of the API (Which will continue to be referred
to as "WebVR" or "WebVR 1.1").

This change is an ongoing process and we are still working on propagating
to to necessary places, but we wanted to make the community aware of it so
that there's no unnecessary confusion as we shuffle names/repos/URLs/etc.

As part of this change, we're also trying something new for the bi-weekly
calls that the browser vendors have been holding and extending it to be
available for call-in from any community group members.

*Call date:* Tuesday Dec 12th (and every other Tuesday thereafter)
*Call time:* 1:00 PM PST for one hour
‎*Call in number:* +1 319 332 7047‬
*PIN:* ‪9744#‬
*Call Agenda Items:*

   - Review Community Group and WebVR spec name changes and related changes
   to GitHub repos, etc.

   - Default FoV for Magic Window canvases (#272)
   <https://github.com/immersive-web/webvr/issues/272>

Please note that we frequently do not have time to cover every agenda item
in depth. Regardless, if there are additional items that should be covered
on the call please reply with the topic (and ideally a related GitHub
issue!) so we can add it to the agenda, either this week

If you have any feedback on the process of joining the call, please let us
know! This is the first time we're trying to open up the meeting like this
and so we expect some bumps and would love your help identifying ways to
smooth out the process.

Thanks for your patience as we re-organize the community to better serve
the needs of the Immersive Web going forward!
