Poll on W3C Webtransport WG TPAC meeting

TPAC 2022 is tentatively scheduled for 12-16 September in Vancouver as a hybrid meeting accommodating both in-person and remote attendance. W3C is trying to plan logistics and is requesting early input from various Work Groups as to our interest in having any physical presence at the event.
