The Call-for-Consensus-is complete and the tracking github issue has been closed.  Thank you to those who responded. The vote was 6 in favor and none opposed. No comments were received. The current editor's draft<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https:/w3c.github.io/webtransport/__;!!GjvTz_vk!AISGhevkXnshezZU5_JG1i7Ur6Hoa_RKZi153ckGKB9DlSkOJM9oVeP9TecK$> (version dated March 30, 2021) will now be advanced to First Public Working Draft status.
