Add UTC+11 to the mix :) I'm in the process of finding someone else to drive this work for Mozilla (aside from Jan-Ivar), which might remove that problem for me. Of course, if you want to accommodate Tokyo, US and Europe, you are stuck with an impossible situation. If you can't find a tolerable slot, one approach you might consider is sharing the pain a little and moving the meetings regularly.
