Sorry, I cannot open the attached .ics file - Is there any other way to attend the meeting?

Thanks,

Dear WG members

Following on from the TPAC meeting, we had an action item to issue a second poll for our general meeting time. Given the need to support 4 disparate time zones (GMT+1, GMT+9, GMT -7, GMT -4), we had decided we would try to find a single time at which everyone could make it, or alternate our bi-weekly calls between a JP/USA friendly time and a EU/USA friendly time. The poll was issued and was closed last week. The results are shown at the bottom of this email in the PT timezone.

In observation, we note that there is no time in which everyone either willingly (or even reluctantly) could make it. So we therefore we will adopt an alternating schedule. Our meetings will be held every two weeks, always on a Tuesday. The meeting times will alternate between the A and B timeslots shown below. The A time slot is good if you work in a USA/Europe/Africa timezone. The B time slot is good if you work in a Japan/USA timezone. Please join the meetings that you can that fall within your local work hours.

We will start next week November 10th with the B late time slot (16h00 PT) and alternate on from there. I have links below to two calendar invites which should give you the meeting times and webex joining details for all the future meetings. Please add them to your calendars.

Calendar link for timeslot B<https://urldefense.com/v3/__http:/mediapm.edgesuite.net/will/temp/Webex_Meeting*20_timeslot_B.ics__;JQ!!GjvTz_vk!FcqF1E8APXKiv06wfHMt7FJ7YXP0cTWU9bNJWFgxfqkjVZhOFlv38p1sC1tc$>

Note that the meetings are scheduled in a USA daylight savings timezone. So as we move forward through the year, times may change +/- 1 one hour in your respective timezone.
