This is a Call for Consensus (CfC) to adopt "WebTransport" as a
WebTransport WG deliverable.

Note that adoption as a WebTransport deliverable implies only that the
specification is suitable as a starting point.

This specification was incubated at WICG here
https://wicg.github.io/web-transport
and has been migrated to https://w3c.github.io/webtransport
The current GitHub repository is here https://github.com/w3c/webtransport

The use cases are available here (to be pulled into repo form):

The CfC will last for one week, and will end on Tuesday, November 17, 2020
at 21:00 UTC.

deliverable.
     I object to adopting the current WebTransport draft as a WebTransport
WG deliverable, due to issues filed in open bug <#number>.
