Hi, this pull request just replaces the URLs which still use HTTP with HTTPS URLs. I double checked all of them and they all seem to support HTTPS.

Currently when visiting the Timing Object via HTTPS (https://webtiming.github.io/timingobject/) both Chrome and Firefox do not load the respec script because it is linked via HTTP. That should work again with the changes I made.

Please let me know if there is anything I need to change.
