Block from W3C GitHub

I am writing to ask if I can be unblocked from the W3C Organization and I was also curious if I could know the reason why. I haven't used my GitHub account in a few months and noticed my account is now flagged and I have several emails I am blocked from several organizations. Any insight would be helpful. It is possible my account was breached at the time.
