It is also possible to email feedback, as you have done. I’ve tested the GitHub new issue form with JavaScript disabled and it appears to work OK. GitHub do have a published commitment to accessibility and a place to discuss accessibility issues with their product: https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/categories/accessibility?discussions_q=is%3Aopen+category%3AAccessibility+ We have updated the README on https://github.com/w3c/w3c-website to make the feedback process clearer for new users.
