Hi Claudio,

The use of GitHub to gather public feedback was a pragmatic decision by W3C, it is used for all their open development work and is widely used in the community. It is also possible to email feedback, as you have done. 

I’ve tested the GitHub new issue form with JavaScript disabled and it appears to work OK. GitHub do have a published commitment to accessibility and a place to discuss accessibility issues with their product: https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/categories/accessibility?discussions_q=is%3Aopen+category%3AAccessibility+

We have updated the README on https://github.com/w3c/w3c-website to make the feedback process clearer for new users.
