Dear Laszio,

Web-based Signage Business Group doesn't have the accessibility standard for the Digital Signage.

In W3C, the accessibility is discussed in the Accessibility Guidelines Working Group, but it is not specified for the Digital Signage.
Please refer the following URL if you want to know about their activities.
https://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/

Thank you.

Best regards,
Kiyoshi
