Hi Second Screen WG/CG participants, Thank you all for joining the Second Screen WG/CG vF2F at TPAC 2021. The WG discussed key issues for the Open Screen Protocol, Presentation API, and Remote Playback API, while the CG explored now stabilizing Multi-Screen Window Placement incubation, the new Viewport Segments Property proposal, and the Presentation API v2 feature called Tab Self Mirroring API. In addition, we discussed our path forward in this evolving space and aligned the Second Screen WG Charter 2022-2024 expectations with the latest progress. Specifically, the CG proposed the Multi-Screen Window Placement API to be considered for adoption as a WG deliverable. Your chairs and W3C team will take this input into consideration while working on the WG Charter update.
