The Remote Playback API was not mentioned in the previous Goals section. • Notes that cross-LAN communication is an example to be handled by future protocol extensions (instead of streaming). • Expands scope of remote playback to include both URLs and media data. • Removes MSE media for remote playback from the "Out of Scope" section. • Removes 1-UA mode for the Presentation API from the "Out of Scope" section.
