This is a call to review and vote on the proposed Second Screen CG charter amendment.

Per the CG charter amendment process, we conduct a 30-day vote starting today, ending 28 June 2019.

The summary of proposed substantial changes is as follows:

• Updates the Goals section to discuss the Presentation API and the Remote Playback API equally. The Remote Playback API was not mentioned in the previous Goals section.

• Notes that cross-LAN communication is an example to be handled by future protocol extensions (instead of streaming).

• Expands scope of remote playback to include both URLs and media data.

• Removes MSE media for remote playback from the "Out of Scope" section.

• Removes 1-UA mode for the Presentation API from the "Out of Scope" section.
