mfoltzgoogle has just created a new issue for https://github.com/webscreens/openscreenprotocol: == [Control Protocol] Display control protocol == Remote control of presentation displays via network commands is now possible with Chromecast and similar products. A reasonable extension to the core Open Screen protocol would add standardized messages to implement these commands, for example: - Change power/sleep state - Volume control - Mute - Input switching [CEC](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Consumer_Electronics_Control) defines a much broader list of capabilities for controlling TVs and attached devices; starting from a lowest common denominator and adding from there seems reasonable.
