JavaScript shim for 2 UA case

Hi all,

FYI, we have started working on extending the JavaScript shim so that it
works between devices (the 2 UA case).

We will open it when it gets working.  I hope this will facilitate other to
experiment and make demos with the presentation API.

(In fact this is part of retrofitting our existing demo to be based on the
presentation API.)
