Subject: Call for Consensus (CfC) on discontinuing WebRTC Extended Use Cases

The WebRTC Extended Use Cases<https://www.w3.org/TR/webrtc-nv-use-cases/> [1] document hasn't been updated in some time. It has also outlived its purpose as a matter of process, as the WebRTC chairs expect proposals for new work to come with an explainer instead.
The chairs therefore recommend discontinuing work on the document.
This is a Call for Consensus (CfC) on going ahead with that recommendation.

The CfC will last until January 30, 2026 11:59pm Pacific Time. Please respond with one of the following:

  * I support discontinuing work on WebRTC Extended Use Cases.
  * I object to discontinuing work on WebRTC Extended Use Cases due to the following Issues <link to issues> .

For the chairs,

.: Jan-Ivar :.
