[webrtc-encoded-transform] Questioning why we need to change Script transform on the fly (#299)

== Questioning why we need to change Script transform on the fly ==
What is the scenario in which changing the Script transform after media transmission has started is useful?

Changing Script transform with a new worker requires specifying which frames go where.
Changing Script transform with the same worker requires specifying which frames go to the old transform and which frames go to the new transform.

What is the value that justifies adding this complexity?
