Dear Chairs,

This is to inform you that Harald Alvestrand (Google) has stepped down
from his role as co-Chair of the Web Real-Time Communications Working
Group [1] after 13 years of service in this role, since the very
inception of the group which he helped establish in coordination with
the IETF.

W3C is pleased to appoint Guido Urdaneta (Google) as the new co-chair of
the Working Group. He joins continuing co-chairs, Bernard Aboba
(Microsoft) and Jan-Ivar Bruaroey (Mozilla).

We would like to express our thanks to Harald for his monumental
contribution to the group as a co-chair. We welcome Guido to his new role.

This announcement follows section 3.1.1.2 [2] and 3.4.1 [3] of the W3C
Process Document.
