Meeting schedule for July/August

For the last few years, we have not had a WEBRTC WG meeting in August, since many WG participants were on vacation during that month.

However, this year we are hearing that some participants are taking their vacation in July instead of August.  Also, IETF 120 is taking place the week after the planned WEBRTC WG meeting (e.g. From July 20 - 26, 2024), so some participants will be travelling and unable to make it.

To respond to participant availability, we have added a WG meeting on August 27:

And we are considering cancelling the WG meeting on July 16:
