Re: [EXTERNAL] Re: Agenda determination for meetings

My confusion comes from that slides covering Game Streaming were
present a few days ago, so I figured there had been some (private)
discussion (e.g., request for agenda time) leading to the decision to
cover this topic at the meeting, and that slides had been submitted in
time.

Perhaps we could improve a bit here, perhaps say that agenda item
requests must happen in public, or something along what Elon proposes?

The AVtCORE slides look interesting, but AFAICU only cover one of the
two requirements for Streaming Games that were on the slides a couple
of days ago (and we would still need an API, right?).
