Agenda determination for meetings

mostly @chairs I think. I looked at the slides at

other day, and a topic of high interest for me/my company, namely Game
Streaming (part of low latency streaming) of WebRTC Extended Use Cases, was
on the agenda. But as I start to read up now it is gone.

When and how are the agenda items determined, and is there a way to follow?
